As a highly experienced physiotherapist and Special Yoga Practitioner, I am able to blend my professional skills and personal knowledge to provide you with a unique therapy experience that will meet your needs. This is achieved by recognising the link between our minds and our bodies to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

Funded by Find Your Active in conjunction with Essex County Council, we are delighted to be able to offer in person and online sessions for children and parent/carer in Essex. I'm proud and delighted to share that I am now a qualified Breath-Body-Mind Instructor. I have been helping people with respiratory illness, fatigue and long covid with their symptoms for many years. I am now able to offer these accessible, effective practices to support nervous system balance and wellbeing. Breath-Body-Mind was developed by Dr Brown and Dr Gerbarg, 2 psychiatrists from the U.S. to support people with mental health challenges. The method is fully trauma informed and is adaptable to almost everyone.
I have been using their breathwork practices to help my own mental health and wellbeing for several years and I know how effective they are when used regularly.
